Rotisserie Tandoori Chicken

Tandoori Chicken is a popular Indian dish that has won the hearts of foodies all around the world. The dish is believed to have originated in the northern region of India, where it was prepared in traditional clay ovens called tandoors. The term "tandoori" comes from the word "tandoor," which refers to the cylindrical clay oven used for cooking.

The dish is typically made by marinating chicken in a blend of spices and yogurt, then cooking it in a tandoor oven until it is tender and juicy. The result is a dish that is bursting with flavor and has a distinctive smoky aroma.
