  • 1 Tbsp.Fresh Ginger Paste
  • 2 Tbsp.Oil
  • 1/2 cupTomatoes
  • 1 tsp.Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp.Black Pepper Powder
  • Salt to Taste
  • 3 cupWater

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Cut the lamb into bite-sized pieces and set aside. Wash and drain the cabbage and bok choy, then dice the carrots and onions. Try to cut the vegetables into similar sizes to ensure even cooking.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the diced onions and bay leaves. Fry until the onions are translucent.
  3. Add the ginger and garlic paste to the pan and fry until fragrant.
  4. Add the diced tomatoes to the pan and cook until they become mushy.
  5. Add the lamb to the pan and stir well to combine. Cook until the lamb browns a bit.
