  • 1/2 Asafoetida
  • 5 Tbsp.Oil
  • 1/2 tsp.Amchoor powder/ Mango Powder
  • 1 tsp.Mustard Seed
  • 1 tsp.Cumin Powder

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Begin by finely chopping the onion and garlic, and cutting the ends off the okra before slicing them into 1/2 inch pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, then add cumin and mustard seeds to the oil. Allow the seeds to sizzle and splatter.
  3. Once the seeds start to crackle, add the chopped onion and garlic. Fry until the onion turns translucent.
